sex therapy for individuals & couples

I work with people who love sex, struggle with sex, think about sex more than they want to—or wonder where their desire went altogether. As a sex therapist, my work begins with your experience: your body, your relationships, your values, and what a satisfying sexual life actually means to you.

I often help clients navigate erectile difficulties, low desire, pain during sex, difficulty with arousal or orgasm, sexual shame, and out-of-control sexual behavior (OCSB). I also work comfortably with clients who have uncommon kinks, fantasy, sexual interests, orientation, and those who are asking questions about their sexual identity.

Sex therapy goes beyond managing symptoms. We’ll get curious about what your body is communicating, what gets in the way of pleasure, and how you can become more confident communicating your needs, boundaries, and desires.

I also provide sex and relationship therapy for couples navigating desire discrepancy, sexual disconnection, infidelity, kink, polyamory, and consensual non-monogamy. Whether your relationship is straight, queer, monogamous, open, or still figuring out what works for you, the goal isn't to fit your sexuality into someone else's idea of healthy.

I’m engaging, curious, and direct—and you never need to make your sexuality more palatable before bringing it into therapy. My approach is experiential, which means we don't only talk about sex. We pay attention to your emotions, your nervous system, and your body so you can build intimacy that actually feels authentic.
