COUPLES INTENSIVES
-
Healthy couples keep checking-in.
Just as we care for our physical health before something goes wrong, our relationships deserve the same attention.
This intensive is designed for couples who want to invest in what they've built, strengthen the places that have become strained, and leave with practical tools they can use for years to come.
This experience is equal parts insight and strategy. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of one another, practical tools tailored to your relationship, and a clearer roadmap for staying connected long after the intensive ends.

For couples who love each other, still like each other, and are simply ready for more out of their sex life.
The Pleasure Lab is a two-session sex therapy intensive for partners who feel secure in their relationship but want more passion, variety, or spontaneity — and could use a guide to get there without embarrassment.
Many of us grew up with little to no real sex education, so it's no surprise that talking openly about desire, fantasy, or trying something new can feel awkward even after a decade together. This intensive melts away that shame. Together, we'll explore what's felt good, what you're curious about, and where you might want to grow — whether that's reigniting your passion for each other, working around physical changes that come with aging, or getting real psychoeducation on things like porn, kink, or non-monogamy if you're curious where those doors lead.
You don't need to already know your interests — we can start with curiosity, psychoeducation, and clear conversations about safety and boundaries.
As a highly ethical therapist, I hold this work with the confidentiality and care that exploring something new as a couple deserves. It's critical that my clients feel safe and at ease with what they share, because chances are, we're going to need to talk about some weird things together.
